1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and provide refunds for items that meet the following conditions:

The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items are in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

All original tags and labels are attached.

Items are returned in their original packaging, including any protective covers or garment bags.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

Swimwear (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)

Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance promotions

Items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of wear
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at lovelygale01@outlook.com within the 30-day return window. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Pack the items securely with all original packaging and tags, and include the Return Authorization Number clearly on the package.

Ship the return to the address provided in your return instructions.
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage until your return is processed. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit without tracking information.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund:

Approved Returns: If your return meets our eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Refund Amount: You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

International Returns: For orders shipped outside our primary region, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above to receive a refund, then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at lovelygale01@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. We will cover all shipping costs for replacement items and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

Shipping fees for original orders are non-refundable.
7. Store Credit
In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund. If applicable, the credit will be issued via email and can be used for future purchases on our website.
