Track Your Order

We know you're excited to receive your Lovelygale pieces, and we're here to help you follow your order every step of the way. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor its journey directly to you.

How to Track Your Order:

  1. Find Your Tracking Number
    After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and carrier information.

  2. Use the Tracking Link
    Click the tracking link in your email to be directed to the carrier’s website, where you can view real-time updates on your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

  3. Track via Your Account
    If you created an account with us, you can also log in to view all your orders and their current status under “Order History.”

Need Help?

  • If your tracking information hasn’t updated for several days, keep in mind that carrier scans may occasionally be delayed.

  • For deliveries outside major metropolitan areas, additional transit time may be required.

  • If your package appears to be delayed or you have questions about the delivery status, please contact us at lovelygale01@outlook.com with your order number and tracking details. We’ll be happy to assist you.
